The Client: a start-up food delivery company.

The Challenge: while setting up back office outsourcing solutions the most challenging task while working with the Client proved to be the process of tasks assignment. A dedicated team of our consultants was getting tasks, such as content moderation and data upload from three different sources: through Salesforce, via email and via Google Sheets table. Putting this together with the big inflow of the tasks and with the fact that the entire team was (and still is) working remotely, it is easy to understand why in the very beginning we faced a few challenges when setting up a process.

The Resolution: our Clients’ needs always come first. To make sure that our back office outsourcing services fit our Client 100 percent we:

  • With the help of Data Analyst and Automatization Manager created a Data Studio report that had all the logs and information required by the Client;
  • Implemented a time tracking solution that helped us see how each member of the team was spending their time and whether 100 percent of the working hours were spent efficiently;

  • Made talking to underperforming members of the team a habit — those who were not willing to follow the Client’s and SupportYourApp‘s KPIs were not welcome on the team anymore.

The Result: even though the KPIs set by our client were already quite demanding, we managed to exceed the expectations.
