In just three years, Daria became the CEO of what is known today as SupportYourApp. Originally founded in Kyiv, Ukraine, it became an international company and one of the TOP-5 customer support providers in the world.

The proto-company Yellow Media Group was founded with just one client in portfolio and an ambitious goal to become the best customer support provider in the world.
Daria Leshchenko was officially appointed Head of the Department to kick off the plans of conquering the world.
We opened our first office (or a 200-sq ft corner in an open space, to be precise).
Den Angel joined our team as an advisor and our ace in the hole in Silicon Valley.
A new life with a new name: after a major rebranding, we officially became SupportYourApp. We also added French, Spanish, and German to our service languages. Daria Leshchenko was officially appointed CEO.
Our launch at Product Hunt that put us on the map and changed everything.
Our team ran our first half-marathon and celebrated SupportYourApp’s birthday for the first time.
We reached 100 people on the team. CEO Daria Leshchenko was featured in the Top 30 Under 30 list by KyivPost.
200 people joined our team. We also made our first step towards full security awareness and received ISO/IEC certification.
We opened our second office featuring murals by modern Ukrainian artists and became fully PCI DSS L1 compliant.
We celebrated our 10th anniversary by opening a third office. Our team grew to 800 people.
Our CEO received a Silver Stevie Award – Woman of the Year, and SupportYourApp received Gold for Best Workplace Design.
SupportYourApp was listed in the Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces in EMEA and became a Globee Golden Winner.
CEO Daria Leshchenko was included in the 200 Female Founders list by Inc. and received the Accomplished Leader Award by CCA.
SupportYourApp made it to the Inc. 5000 list, was named Outsource Partner of the Year, and recognized as one of the Top 25 IT Companies Embracing Youth. On top of that, our CEO received the Red Kalyna Award.
A landmark year for SupportYourApp, marked by the company’s 15th anniversary and multiple international recognitions, including the Engage Award Great Place to Work and the OA Outsourcing Impact Award for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Our CEO Daria Leshchenko received the Herizon Award (Founder), while the company launched Customer Support 101: Building Excellence. Our team now stands at 1,500 strong!
