AI and All-Things-Tech
Throughout the entire year, we have been collaborating with cosupport.ai — an all-embracing AI-based solution that enhances customer support and empowers businesses with data-driven insights. This partnership allows us to create support solutions of the future.
To put our knowledge to practice, we developed the newest SupportYourApp in-house built AI CRM platform, online chatbot builder with AI features, and a ticketing system that looks after our team’s mental health.

In 2023, we reviewed and changed our mission and vision statements to keep up with time or even be ahead of it… just a little.

Winter
The “History of Ukrainian IT” documentary, which our CEO and Managing Partner, Daria, took part in, was released. You can view the film here.
Spring
SupportYourApp supported the online INT20H 2023 Hackathon.
Daria was included in the 200 Female Founders list 2023 by Inc.
… and recognized as an Accomplished Leader by the CCA’s Women in Leadership Awards.
Summer
Our team visited London Tech Week, London Fintech Week, and the MOVE conference and Daria took part in the panel discussion at UK – UA Women in Business event in London.
We also opened the doors of our office to our team members’ family members and friends and spent our annual Family Day with laughs, smiles, and games.
Fall
First, SupportYourApp was listed in TOP 100 IT companies that helps Ukraine and Ukrainians.
Then, we became a finalist for the 2023 Engage Awards in the "Great Place to Work" category.
In October, our team celebrated our most important milestone yet — our 13th birthday 🥳
The SupportYourApp representatives also attended the Web Summit 2023 in Lisbon and Africa Tech Fest in Cape Town.
