We at SupportYourApp believe that great talent often comes from recommendations. That's why we have launched our Referral Program.

How to submit a referral?
You’re from SupportYourApp
Log in to the Referral Portal and submit your referral according to this instruction.
You’re not from SupportYourApp
Do you have access to our Referral Portal? Log in and follow the instructions to submit your referral.
If you don’t have access to our Referral Portal, email us with the “I want to refer” subject line. Our HR team will grant you access within 2–3 business days.
Referrer Eligibility

All SupportYourApp contractors, alumni, partners, current/past applicants, customers, and fans are eligible and encouraged to refer talent to us.

Everyone, except SupportYourApp contractors who are a part of management, in addition to the members of the SupportYourApp HR team, is eligible for rewards.

Referrers may refer as many candidates as they choose, as long as the referees meet SupportYourApp’s eligibility requirements.

Due to legal and financial restrictions, referrers from sanctioned countries may not be eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

Referred candidates must not have previously or currently applied to one of SupportYourApp’s job postings or have been entered into the SupportYourApp database as a current candidate.

Referred candidates should be informed about the position and be interested in cooperation with SupportYourApp. However, referrers should refrain from disclosing any confidential information about the project, compensation, or application tasks to referred candidates.

To be eligible for the first bonus pay-out, referred candidates must be hired and successfully complete a 2-month probationary period.

Only those referrers who submit their reference through the Referral Portal are eligible for the bonus.
Program Rewards
English/Bilingual payout conditions:
The total amount of the bonus is
$300
$50
Will be rewarded to a referrer if their referral is hired and provides services to SupportYourApp for 60 consecutive days starting from their date of hire.
$100
An additional $100 will be rewarded to a referrer if their referral is hired and provides services to SupportYourApp for 6 consecutive months starting from their date of hire.
$150
The final $150 will be rewarded to a referrer if their referral is hired as a regular full-time contractor and provides services to SupportYourApp for 1 year.
Content Moderator Roles:
The total amount of the bonus is
$100
$25
Will be rewarded to a referrer if their referral is hired and provides services to SupportYourApp for 60 consecutive days starting from their date of hire.
$25
An additional $25 will be rewarded to a referrer if their referral is hired and provides services to SupportYourApp for 90 consecutive days starting from their date of hire.
$50
The final $50 will be rewarded to a referrer if their referral is hired as a regular full-time contractor and provides services to SupportYourApp for 6 consecutive months starting from their date of hire.
Role with Ukrainian language only:
The total amount of the bonus is
$100
$50
Will be rewarded to a referrer if their referral is hired and provides services to SupportYourApp for 60 consecutive days starting from their date of hire.
$50
The remaining $50 will be rewarded to a referrer if their referral is hired and provides services to SupportYourApp for 90 consecutive days starting from their date of hire.
Project/temporary position:
The total amount of the bonus is
$100
This bonus will be rewarded to a referrer 30 days after their referral is hired.
Additional Payout Conditions

Only referrers who successfully submitted their referees through the Referral Portal are eligible for the bonus payout.

The bonus is transferred to a referrer’s bank account within 40 business days after their referral underwent the periods mentioned above. All charges of correspondent banks are at the referrer’s expense.

To ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, SupportYourApp may require the provision of documents (e.g. passport, ID, etc.), payment details, and/or the signing of additional documents related to the Referral Program. If a referrer refuses to provide and/or sign all necessary documents, SupportYourApp reserves the right to refuse their participation in the Referral Program.
