SupportYourApp’s Notice of Certification Under the Data Privacy Framework
Effective: July 16, 2024
All products and services of SupportYourApp, Inc. (“SupportYourApp”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (collectively, the “Data Privacy Framework”) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data transferred from the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, as applicable, to the United States in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework. SupportYourApp has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Data Privacy Framework Principles with respect to such data. In the event of any conflict between the terms in this notice and the Data Privacy Framework Principles, the Data Privacy Framework Principles shall govern. This Notice applies only when SupportYourApp acts as the processor of personal data on behalf of our clients when they use SupportYourApp products and services. For cases when SupportYourApp acts as a controller, please refer to our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
Data Processed
SupportYourApp provides customer support, technical support, back-office services, and other related services, as well as various customer support SaaS solutions such as QCRM, Quidget, and Euphoric. The data typically processed includes customer inquiries, transaction records, contact information, and other customer-related data submitted by our clients and their customers.
Purposes of Data Processing
SupportYourApp processes personal data submitted by our clients and their customers for the purpose of providing them with customer support, technical support, back-office services, and other related services, as well as various customer support SaaS solutions such as QCRM, Quidget, and Euphoric, and to follow the instructions of our clients or in response to contractual requirements.
Third Parties Who May Receive Personal Data
SupportYourApp engages a limited number of third-party service providers to assist us in providing our services and products. A list of SupportYourApp’s sub-processors can be found here: https://supportyourapp.com/sub-processors-list/, unless otherwise agreed upon in the relevant data processing agreement with the client. SupportYourApp maintains contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use and disclosure of personal data in compliance with our Data Privacy Framework obligations, including the onward transfer provisions, SupportYourApp remains liable for any damages resulting from the failure of these third parties to meet their obligations.
Your Rights to Access, Limit Use, and Limit Disclosure
Individuals from the EU, UK, and Swiss have the right to access their personal data, and to limit its use and disclosure. With our Data Privacy Framework self-certification, SupportYourApp has committed to respect these rights. Where appropriate, SupportYourApp provides you with access to the personal information that we maintain about you and the ability to correct, amend or delete that information when it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of the Principles by contacting us as indicated under “Inquiries and complaints” below. We will forward your request to that client who submitted your data to our services or products, and will support them in responding to your request.
U.S. Federal Trade Commission Enforcement
SupportYourApp’s commitments under the Data Privacy Framework are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the United States Federal Trade Commission.
Compelled Disclosure
SupportYourApp may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

If you believe that SupportYourApp maintains your personal data within the scope of our Data Privacy Framework certification, you may direct any inquiries or complaints regarding our Data Privacy Framework compliance to [email protected]. SupportYourApp will respond within 45 days.
If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, please contact our U.S.-based third party dispute resolution provider (free of charge) at https://www.jamsadr.com/DPF-Dispute-Resolution. If neither SupportYourApp nor our dispute resolution provider resolves your complaint, you may have an option to engage in binding arbitration through the Data Privacy Framework Panel.
