Disclaimer: This comparison includes SupportYourApp alongside other providers. It is based on publicly available information and reflects our own analysis as of the date of writing. As one of the companies included in this comparison, we have aimed to represent all providers fairly and accurately. Please confirm the latest details directly with each company if needed.
Picking a customer support partner is a multi-year decision. The company you choose will answer your customers at 3 a.m., handle their payment data, and decide how much of the work goes to AI and how much stays with people. Get it wrong, and you pay twice: once for the contract and again for the churn.
That last point matters more than ever. A Gartner survey published on August 4, 2026, found that 87% of customers say companies using GenAI for customer service must provide access to a human agent. So the real question isn't "AI or people." It's how each partner mixes the two.
This guide compares three providers that answer that question differently:
- Telus Digital, the technology and CX division of Canadian telecom group TELUS;
- Concentrix, a US-listed CX giant with roughly 455,000 staff;
- SupportYourApp, an Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company working with growing tech businesses since 2010.
We look at scale, AI tools, pricing models, security, and flexibility, using each company's own website, press releases, and filings. For more side-by-side reviews, see our customer support comparisons hub.

SupportYourApp Overview

SupportYourApp is an international Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company. Since 2010, it has provided secure technical support, customer support, and CX services to growing companies around the world. The team counts 2,000+ people working from 8 international hubs, and it supports 300+ clients across 30+ countries, including Mastercard, Calm, and WeTransfer. Headquarters are in Wilmington, Delaware.
The model is simple: AI handles speed and cost, people handle quality and risk. Clients can start with human support, add AI tools from the company's own product suite, or run both together.
Security is a core part of the offer. SupportYourApp is a certified PCI DSS Level 1 and Level 2 service provider, holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification, and complies with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. It was named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America in 2024 and won Outsource Partner of the Year at the Excellence in Customer Service Awards the same year. On review platforms, SupportYourApp holds a 4.8 rating on Clutch (88 reviews) and 4.8 on G2 (18 reviews).
SupportYourApp Core Features
Human + AI approach. The Support Intelligence Hub brings four products together. SupportBrain is a human-in-the-loop assistant: it drafts replies, pulls answers from the knowledge base, and summarizes long threads, and a human agent approves every reply before it goes out. SupportResponse is an autonomous chat and email agent that resolves routine tickets and escalates complex cases to a person. SupportVoice handles inbound and outbound calls 24/7. SupportCRM puts email, voice, and chat into one agent workspace.
Multilingual support. SupportYourApp covers 120+ languages with 24/7/365 availability. Your customers in São Paulo and Seoul get answers in their own language, at their own hour.
Security-first model. PCI DSS Level 1 and Level 2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA cover the human support operation. That matters for fintech and health-adjacent products, where a single compliance gap can stall a launch.
Flexible engagement. Clients choose between a dedicated team and pay-as-you-go support. The Quick Start option puts one agent plus AI live in 7 days, so you can test the partnership before you scale it.
SupportYourApp Pricing
SupportYourApp doesn't publish a flat price list, because rates depend on channel mix, languages, and coverage hours. What it does publish is how billing works. Under pay-as-you-go customer support, chat, email, in-app, and social tickets are billed per resolved ticket, at a fixed rate regardless of handle time. Voice is billed per minute of connected call time.
There are no upfront commitments. Most clients launch within two to four weeks, and volume gets reviewed quarterly. When volume becomes steady and predictable, clients can move to a hybrid or dedicated team model without renegotiating the whole contract.
Positives of SupportYourApp
- Pay-as-you-go billing per ticket or per minute, with no upfront commitment;
- Own AI suite with published results: SupportBrain users see 60% lower average handling time and 96% average CSAT, and SupportResponse resolves 80% of conversations on its own;
- PCI DSS Level 1 and Level 2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA for the support operation;
- 120+ languages and 24/7/365 coverage;
- Strong review profile: 4.8 on Clutch across 88 reviews.
What Could Be Better
SupportYourApp is much smaller than the other two companies here. With 2,000+ people and 8 hubs, it doesn't have Concentrix's 483 locations or Telus Digital's presence in 35+ countries. If you need thousands of seats in a specific country with on-site, branded facilities, a larger BPO is the more natural fit.
The service scope is also narrower. SupportYourApp focuses on customer support, technical support, CX, back-office, and KYC work. It doesn't offer web and mobile development or large digital transformation programs, which both competitors sell.
Telus Digital Overview

Telus Digital is the global technology and customer experience division of TELUS Corporation, one of Canada's largest telecom companies. Its story starts in 2005, when TELUS invested in Ambergris Solutions, a boutique BPO in the Philippines. The business later operated as TELUS International, went public on the TSX and NYSE in February 2021, and rebranded to Telus Digital in 2024.
On October 31, 2025, TELUS completed the privatization of Telus Digital, buying the shares it didn't already own. Telus Digital is now a wholly owned subsidiary, reported as a segment of TELUS.
According to its October 2026 press release, the company has 83,000+ team members across 35+ countries. It delivers CX services in 60 languages and says it's trusted by over 600 clients, with logos such as Google, Microsoft, Airbnb, Marriott, and PepsiCo on its homepage. Industries include financial services, travel and hospitality, healthcare, telecom, retail, media, technology, public sector, and manufacturing.
Analyst firms rate the company well. In September 2026, Everest Group named Telus Digital a Leader in its CXM Services PEAK Matrix for the Americas for the eighth consecutive year. On review platforms, Telus Digital holds a 4.9 rating on Clutch (36 reviews) and 5.0 on G2 (2 reviews).
Telus Digital Core Features
Four service lines. Telus Digital sells CX Management (contact center outsourcing, digital CX, customer care AI), AI Transformation (data for AI training, enterprise AI), Digital Solutions (web, mobile, and enterprise technology modernization), and Trust and Safety (content moderation, financial crime, and compliance).
Fuel iX. This is the company's own generative AI platform. It includes Copilots for no-code AI assistants, Agent Assist for real-time guidance, Agent Trainer for simulated voice and chat roleplay, Fortify for automated AI red teaming, and a governance Platform. Telus Digital says Agent Trainer cuts new agent training time by up to 50%.
Partner AI agents. In 2026, the company announced partnerships with Cresta, ElevenLabs, and Parloa to bring AI agents and voice AI into client contact centers.
Process discipline. Telus Digital follows a Lean Six Sigma approach, and it says most of its operational team leaders are Six Sigma trained.
Telus Digital Pricing
Telus Digital doesn't publish pricing on its website. Engagements are scoped and quoted per client, based on the services, locations, languages, and technology involved.
That's standard for enterprise BPOs. A program that combines contact center seats, Fuel iX licenses, and a digital build will be priced very differently from a single-channel support team. Expect a discovery phase and a custom proposal before you see numbers.
Positives of Telus Digital
- Large global footprint: 83,000+ team members across 35+ countries;
- Breadth: CX, AI data services, trust and safety, and digital engineering from one vendor;
- Proprietary Fuel iX platform, plus partnerships with Cresta, ElevenLabs, and Parloa;
- Consistent analyst recognition, including eight straight years as an Everest Group CXM Leader in the Americas;
- High client ratings: 4.9 on Clutch across 36 reviews.
What Could Be Better
Pricing isn't public, so smaller buyers can't estimate costs before a sales process. Security certifications aren't listed on Telus Digital's public pages either. If you need PCI DSS or HIPAA proof, ask for current certificates early in the process.
The company is also in a period of change. After the October 2025 privatization, Telus Digital is being integrated into TELUS, and its parent expects about $150 million in annualized cash savings from the move. Existing and new clients may want to ask how the integration affects account teams, tools, and delivery locations.
Concentrix Overview

Concentrix is one of the largest CX companies in the world. Per its fiscal 2025 Form 10-K, it employs approximately 455,000 people across about 483 locations in 74 countries. It works with more than 2,000 clients, including more than 160 Fortune Global 500 companies. Fiscal 2025 revenue was about $9.8 billion.
The company is headquartered in Newark, California. Its roots go back to 2004, when it operated under SYNNEX Corporation (now TD SYNNEX), and it became an independent public company in 2020. The biggest recent step was the acquisition of Webhelp in September 2023, which added a large European and African delivery network.
Concentrix describes itself as a company that designs, builds, and runs human + AI operations inside large enterprises. Its strategic verticals are technology and consumer electronics, retail, travel and e-commerce, communications and media, banking and financial services, and healthcare. On review platforms, Concentrix holds a 4.3 rating on G2 (6 reviews). Its Clutch profile shows 3.0 from a single review, which is too small a sample to tell you much.
Concentrix Core Features
iX suite. Launched in September 2024, the Intelligent Experience suite includes iX Hello and iX Hero. iX Hello builds customer-facing AI assistants for webchat, SMS, voice, smart devices, and mobile apps, with no-code templates. iX Hero is an agentic AI app for human advisors, bringing transcripts, summaries, and knowledge tools into one screen. In client pilots, Concentrix reports a 22% reduction in average handle time and a 13.5% improvement in customer satisfaction with iX Hero.
AI at scale. The company says more than 1,000 clients run its AI in production, and it holds 300+ patents and proprietary technologies. In September 2025, it added an Agentic Operating Framework that pairs technology with consulting.
Certifications. Concentrix data centers and delivery operations are audited against PCI DSS 4.0.1, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22301:2019, and SOC 2 Type II. The iX suite holds ISO/IEC 42001 certification for AI management, and the company has HITRUST CSF certification for healthcare clients.
End-to-end services. Beyond contact centers, Concentrix sells strategy, analytics, engineering, and platform services.
Concentrix Pricing
Concentrix doesn't publish prices. Every engagement is quoted after scoping, and contracts typically cover a mix of operations, technology, and consulting.
For enterprise buyers, that's expected. For a company that needs ten support agents and a chatbot, the process can feel heavy. Ask early about minimum team sizes, ramp-up timelines, and how AI licenses are priced next to human seats.
Positives of Concentrix
- Massive scale: ~455,000 staff in 74 countries;
- Deep enterprise experience with 160+ Fortune Global 500 clients;
- Broad, published certification set: PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 42001, and HITRUST CSF;
- Own AI products (iX Hello, iX Hero) with reported pilot results;
- Full range of services, from consulting to engineering to operations.
What Could Be Better
Concentrix is built for large, complex programs. Growing companies with modest volumes should ask about scoping timelines and minimum commitments before investing time in an RFP.
Third-party feedback is thin on the main B2B review platforms: 6 reviews on G2 and 1 on Clutch. That's a small pool for a company of this size, so you'll want to rely on reference calls. The FY2025 10-K also doesn't give a current count of supported languages, so check language coverage for your specific markets.
Telus Digital vs Concentrix vs SupportYourApp: AI and Automation
All three companies sell AI, but they package it differently.
Concentrix has the most enterprise-grade AI governance on paper. Its iX suite carries ISO/IEC 42001 certification, iX Hello covers self-service across many channels, and iX Hero supports human advisors with agentic tools. The company reports more than 1,000 clients running its AI in production.
Telus Digital combines its own Fuel iX platform with outside partners. Fuel iX is strong on agent training, copilots, and AI security testing (Fortify). For customer-facing AI agents and voice AI, the company now works with Parloa, Cresta, and ElevenLabs, which gives clients choice but adds another vendor to the stack.
SupportYourApp built its own suite for its own teams. SupportResponse resolves routine chat and email tickets end to end, with 80% autonomous resolution and average resolution in about 5 minutes. SupportVoice handles calls 24/7 and cuts reply times by 95%. SupportBrain keeps a human agent approving every reply, at any level of complexity. All three AI products support 120+ languages and are covered by ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and CCPA. Explore more options in our list of AI customer service companies.
Telus Digital vs Concentrix vs SupportYourApp: Pricing and Value
None of the three publishes a rate card. The difference is in how transparent the billing model is and how much commitment you need to start.
Telus Digital and Concentrix both quote per engagement after a discovery phase. That suits enterprises that buy CX, technology, and consulting in one contract, and it makes sense when the program spans several countries. The trade-off is time: you'll usually go through an RFP before you see numbers.
SupportYourApp publishes its billing logic. On pay-as-you-go, you pay a fixed rate per resolved ticket for written channels and per connected minute for voice. There's no upfront commitment, launch typically takes two to four weeks, and the Quick Start package gets one agent plus AI live in 7 days.
Value also depends on what you're buying. If you need content moderation, AI data labeling, and a mobile app build alongside support, a larger vendor may save you procurement work. If you need high-quality support that scales with your ticket count, a usage-based model is easier to budget.
Telus Digital vs Concentrix vs SupportYourApp: Customization and Flexibility
Customization looks different at each size.
Concentrix and Telus Digital customize at the program level. They can design a multi-country delivery network, build custom AI flows, and add consulting or engineering work around the contact center. Concentrix's 483 locations and Telus Digital's 35+ countries give large clients a lot of choice about where work happens.
SupportYourApp customizes at the team and workflow level. Clients can mix pay-as-you-go channels with dedicated teams, split pricing by channel, and change the model as volume changes. SupportYourApp calls switching models "part of our partnership, not a renegotiation." Its AI products plug into existing tools such as Zendesk and Freshdesk, with custom integrations on request.
For a fast-growing SaaS or fintech company, that flexibility matters. Your volume in month three rarely matches your forecast in month one. For a Fortune 500 enterprise with a fixed multi-year plan, the program-level customization of a large BPO usually matters more. You can compare more providers by size in our guide to top customer support outsourcing companies.
Telus Digital vs Concentrix vs SupportYourApp: Which Should You Choose?
Each provider fits a different buyer.
Choose Telus Digital if you're a large brand that wants CX operations, AI data services, trust and safety, and digital engineering from one partner, and you value its long run of Everest Group recognition in the Americas.
Choose Concentrix if you run a global, multi-country CX program, need the widest published certification set (including SOC 2 Type II and HITRUST), and have the budget and timeline for an enterprise RFP.
Choose SupportYourApp if you're a growing tech, SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce company that wants human + AI support in 120+ languages, PCI DSS Level 1 security, and a pay-as-you-go start without a long commitment.
