Disclaimer: This comparison includes SupportYourApp alongside other providers. It is based on publicly available information and reflects our own analysis as of the date of writing. As one of the companies included in this comparison, we have aimed to represent all providers fairly and accurately. Please confirm the latest details directly with each company if needed.
Your support partner talks to your customers more often than your own team does. It answers the angry call at midnight, handles the refund, and decides when a chatbot should step aside for a person. Pick the wrong one, and the cost shows up twice: in the invoice and in the churn report.
The human side of that decision isn't going away. A Gartner survey published on August 4, 2026, found that 87% of customers say companies using GenAI for customer service must provide access to a human agent. So the useful question is how each provider splits work between AI and people, and what that split costs you.
This guide compares three providers of very different sizes:
- Alorica, a US-based CX provider with around 100,000 people in 16 countries;
- Teleperformance, the Paris-based group now branded as TP, with nearly 490,000 employees;
- SupportYourApp, an Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company working with growing tech businesses since 2010.
We compare scale, AI tools, pricing models, security, and flexibility, using each company's own website, filings, and press releases. For more side-by-side reviews, visit our customer support comparisons hub.

SupportYourApp Overview

SupportYourApp is an international Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company. Since 2010, it has provided secure technical support, customer support, and CX services to growing companies around the world. The team counts 2,000+ people working from 8 international hubs, and it supports 300+ clients across 30+ countries, including Mastercard, Calm, and WeTransfer. Headquarters are in Wilmington, Delaware.
The model is simple: AI handles speed and cost, people handle quality and risk. Clients can start with human support, add AI tools from the company's own product suite, or run both together.
Security is part of the core offer. SupportYourApp is a certified PCI DSS Level 1 and Level 2 service provider, holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification, and complies with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. It made the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America in 2024 and won Outsource Partner of the Year at the Excellence in Customer Service Awards the same year. On review platforms, SupportYourApp holds a 4.8 rating on Clutch (88 reviews) and 4.8 on G2 (18 reviews).
SupportYourApp Core Features
Human + AI approach. The Support Intelligence Hub brings four products together. SupportBrain is a human-in-the-loop assistant: it drafts replies, pulls answers from the knowledge base, and summarizes long threads, and a human agent approves every reply before it goes out. SupportResponse is an autonomous chat and email agent that resolves routine tickets and passes complex cases to a person. SupportVoice handles inbound and outbound calls 24/7. SupportCRM puts email, voice, and chat into one agent workspace.
Multilingual support. SupportYourApp covers 120+ languages with 24/7/365 availability. A customer in Lisbon and a customer in Manila both get help in their own language, during their own hours.
Security-first model. PCI DSS Level 1 and Level 2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA cover the human support operation. For fintech and health-adjacent products, that list often decides whether a vendor makes the shortlist at all.
Flexible engagement. Clients choose between a dedicated team and pay-as-you-go support. The Quick Start option puts one agent plus AI live in 7 days, so you can test the partnership before you scale it.
SupportYourApp Pricing
SupportYourApp doesn't publish a flat price list, because rates depend on channel mix, languages, and coverage hours. It does publish how billing works. Under pay-as-you-go customer support, chat, email, in-app, and social tickets are billed per resolved ticket, at a fixed rate regardless of handle time. Voice is billed per minute of connected call time.
There are no upfront commitments. Most clients launch within two to four weeks, and volume gets reviewed quarterly. Once volume becomes steady and predictable, clients can move to a hybrid or dedicated team model without renegotiating the whole contract.
Positives of SupportYourApp
- Pay-as-you-go billing per ticket or per minute, with no upfront commitment;
- Own AI suite with published results: SupportBrain users see 60% lower average handling time and 96% average CSAT, and SupportResponse resolves 80% of conversations on its own;
- PCI DSS Level 1 and Level 2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA for the support operation;
- 120+ languages and 24/7/365 coverage;
- Strong review profile: 4.8 on Clutch across 88 reviews.
What Could Be Better
Scale is the obvious gap. SupportYourApp has 2,000+ people and 8 hubs. Alorica has around 100,000 people, and Teleperformance operates in nearly 100 countries. If you need thousands of seats in one specific country, or branded on-site facilities in several markets, a large BPO is the more natural fit.
The service scope is narrower too. SupportYourApp focuses on customer support, technical support, CX, back-office work, and KYC. It doesn't sell collections, visa processing, recruitment outsourcing, or interpreting services, which are part of the Teleperformance group.
Alorica Overview

Alorica is a customer experience and digital transformation company headquartered in Irvine, California. Andy Lee founded it in 1999 as a family-owned business. Today it's led by co-CEOs Max Schwendner and Mike Clifton.
According to its website, Alorica has 100,000 professionals across 16 countries and serves 250+ clients, with an average client tenure of 10 years. It supports 75+ languages and 200 dialects and handles over 3 billion customer interactions a year. Industries include banking and financial services, communications, energy and utilities, healthcare, public sector, retail, technology, and travel.
The company is growing in its offshore hubs. Its 1H 2026 results release reports more than 8,000 hires in the first half of the year across Egypt, India, and the Philippines, with about 12,000 planned by year-end. The same release says 87% of its clients rank Alorica first or second among all their providers.
In 2026, Everest Group named Alorica a Leader in its Healthcare CXM PEAK Matrix, and NelsonHall named it a Leader for CX Services in Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality. On G2, Alorica holds a 3.9 rating (4 reviews).
Alorica Core Features
CX solutions across channels. Alorica covers phone, chat, email, social media, self-service, and back-office work, with delivery from the Philippines, India, Latin America, and other hubs.
Alorica IQ. This service line combines CX consulting with contact center technology: advisory services, analytics, CCaaS deployment, and automation and AI services. In one case on its website, analytics helped a sportswear brand cut escalations by 75%.
evoAI and ReVoLT. evoAI is Alorica's conversational AI voice agent. Alorica says it resolves 50% of calls without a human agent, raises CSAT by 15 points on average, and responds with 500ms latency. ReVoLT is its digital translation service.
Workforce tools. PerformanceHub combines real-time insights, automated quality checks, and coaching. SymTrain and AI Scenario Trainer use simulations to get new agents ready faster.
Trust and safety plus financial services. Alorica sells content moderation, identity and financial fraud prevention, and loan servicing through Alorica Financial.
Alorica Pricing
Alorica doesn't publish rates for its main CX services. Pricing is quoted per program. The exception is CX2GO, an offer aimed at startups and growing companies. Alorica describes it as having "standardized pricing and easy contract terms," with launch in as little as one week and coverage from 8x5 up to 24/7.
Positives of Alorica
- Large, experienced workforce of around 100,000 people in 16 countries;
- Long client relationships, with a 10-year average tenure;
- Analyst recognition in healthcare and travel CX for 2026;
- A packaged CX2GO offer with standardized pricing for smaller companies;
- SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS listed on its security and compliance page.
What Could Be Better
Alorica's public security page doesn't state its PCI DSS level or mention HIPAA, so healthcare and payments buyers should ask for the details during due diligence.
Public client reviews are limited. Alorica has 4 reviews on G2 and 1 on Clutch, which makes it harder to compare client feedback before a first call.
Teleperformance Overview

Teleperformance is one of the largest customer experience companies in the world. Daniel Julien founded it in Paris in 1978 as a telemarketing business for French clients. Today the group markets itself as TP, a "global leader in digital business services," and Jorge Amar has served as CEO since March 2026.
According to its 2025 Universal Registration Document, TP has nearly 490,000 employees, operates in nearly 100 countries, and runs programs in more than 400 languages and dialects across 170 markets. It works for more than 1,500 clients, and two-thirds of the world's 100 largest companies are among them. Its top 100 clients have stayed for about 14 years on average.
Most of group revenue (85%) comes from Core Services: customer care, technical support, sales, and back-office work. The other 15% comes from Specialized Services, which include LanguageLine Solutions for interpreting, TLScontact for visa processing, and AllianceOne for collections. In 2023, TP acquired Majorel, which widened its footprint in Europe and Africa.
On G2, Teleperformance holds a 4.1 rating (20 reviews).
Teleperformance Core Features
Global delivery at any scale. TP offers multilingual hubs, "smartshoring" across onshore, nearshore, and offshore sites, and a work-from-home model. A single client can run one program across many countries under one contract.
TP.ai FAB. This is TP's own AI orchestration platform. Its suites cover Assist (AI support for human experts), Connect (orchestration of human and AI agent interactions), Growth (AI-driven sales), Collect (debt collection), Data (data services), and Operate (AI for recruiting, training, and quality control). TP says TP.ai Connect can cut quality assurance effort by up to 80%, and one client, Sparda-Bank West, reached 46% first-call resolution during a surge of more than 150,000 calls.
Specialized Services. Beyond customer care, the group sells interpreting (including sign language), visa and consular services, receivables management, health navigation, and recruitment process outsourcing.
Process and security frameworks. TP holds global ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications, complies with PCI DSS and HIPAA, runs SOC 2 Type 2 audits at subsidiary level, and uses the COPC standard and Lean Six Sigma methods.
Teleperformance Pricing
TP doesn't publish prices or a billing model on its website. Contracts are built per program after a discovery and solution design phase, and they usually combine staffing, technology, and consulting. Expect an RFP-style process, especially for multi-country deals.
Positives of Teleperformance
- The widest global reach of the three: nearly 100 countries, 170 markets, and 400+ languages and dialects;
- Long client relationships, with top-100 clients averaging about 14 years;
- A broad AI platform (TP.ai FAB) built into its operations;
- Wide compliance coverage, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and COPC;
- Specialized services such as interpreting, collections, and visa processing under one group.
What Could Be Better
TP is built for very large programs. Smaller companies may find the sales cycle long and the minimum engagement size high, since the company doesn't publish an entry-level offer or pricing.
Its review profile is thin for a company of its size. Teleperformance has 20 reviews on G2 and none on its Clutch profile, so buyers have fewer public client reviews to compare.
Alorica vs Teleperformance vs SupportYourApp: AI and Automation
All three providers sell AI, but they package it differently.
Alorica splits AI into services. Alorica IQ handles consulting, analytics, and CCaaS setup. evoAI focuses on voice and claims 50% of calls resolved without a human. ReVoLT covers translation, and PerformanceHub and SymTrain focus on agent quality and training. Alorica also works with AI partners such as Crescendo.
Teleperformance has the widest AI portfolio. TP.ai FAB covers customer interactions, sales, collections, data services, and internal operations such as recruiting and quality control. It's designed for enterprises that want AI spread across many processes at once, and TP's scale gives it plenty of operational data to work with.
SupportYourApp built its own suite around its support teams. SupportResponse resolves routine chat and email tickets end to end, with 80% autonomous resolution and average resolution in about 5 minutes. SupportVoice handles calls 24/7 and cuts reply times by 95%. SupportBrain keeps a human agent approving every reply, at any level of complexity. All three AI products support 120+ languages and are covered by ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and CCPA.
The bigger question is where people come in. Alorica positions evoAI as a way to free staff for work that needs human judgment, but its public pages don't describe how the handoff works. TP says TP.ai Connect routes complex or sensitive cases to its human experts and keeps "humans in control where precision matters." SupportYourApp gives you both options in writing: autonomous agents for routine work, and SupportBrain for teams where a person must sign off on every reply.
If your customers are among the 87% who want a human available, ask each vendor to show you the exact escalation path in a demo.
Alorica vs Teleperformance vs SupportYourApp: Pricing and Value
None of the three publishes a full rate card. The real difference is how clear the billing model is and how big a commitment you need to start.
Alorica quotes most programs individually but adds CX2GO for smaller companies. Its standardized pricing and short launch time make Alorica easier to test than most large BPOs.
Teleperformance quotes every program individually. That fits large buyers that want staffing, AI, and consulting in one contract across several countries. You'll likely go through an RFP and a solution design phase before you see a number.
SupportYourApp publishes its billing logic. On pay-as-you-go, you pay a fixed rate per resolved ticket for written channels and per connected minute for voice. There's no upfront commitment, launch typically takes two to four weeks, and the Quick Start package gets one agent plus AI live in 7 days.
Value depends on what you're buying. If you also need collections, interpreting, or visa processing, a single contract with Teleperformance may save procurement time. If you need high-quality support that follows your ticket count, usage-based billing is easier to budget.
Speed to launch is part of the value too. Alorica says CX2GO can go live in as little as one week. SupportYourApp's Quick Start takes 7 days for one agent plus AI. Large Teleperformance programs take longer to design, but they're built to run for years: its top clients stay for about 14 years on average.
Alorica vs Teleperformance vs SupportYourApp: Customization and Flexibility
Each provider customizes at a different level.
Alorica customizes at the program level, with strong industry depth in healthcare, financial services, and travel. Its gig workforce models and offshore growth in Egypt, India, and the Philippines give clients room to scale headcount quickly. CX2GO adds a lighter, packaged entry point.
Teleperformance customizes at the program and country level. It can design delivery across onshore, nearshore, offshore, and work-from-home sites in nearly 100 countries, then layer TP.ai FAB and consulting on top. For a global brand with fixed multi-year plans, that's hard to match.
SupportYourApp customizes at the team and workflow level. Clients can mix pay-as-you-go channels with dedicated teams, split pricing by channel, and change the model as volume changes. Its AI products connect to tools such as Zendesk and Freshdesk, with custom integrations on request.
For a fast-growing SaaS or fintech company, that last point matters. Your ticket volume in month three rarely matches your forecast in month one. You can compare more providers in our guide to top call center outsourcing companies.
Alorica vs Teleperformance vs SupportYourApp: Which Should You Choose?
Each provider suits a different buyer.
Choose Alorica if you're a mid-size or large brand in healthcare, financial services, travel, or retail that wants an experienced US-based provider with offshore scale, or a packaged CX2GO start with standardized pricing.

Choose SupportYourApp if you're a growing tech, SaaS, fintech, or ecommerce company that wants human + AI support in 120+ languages, PCI DSS Level 1 and Level 2 security, and a pay-as-you-go start without a long commitment.
